Resume of the main recent academic and professional backgrounds.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n He was born in July 1965 in Buenos Aires (Argentina), the city in which he has been living since then with pride and fascination.<\/p>\n He is an Architect graduated in the University of Buenos Aires in\u00a01991<\/strong>. He has taken postgraduate studies in Urban and Regional Planning in Buenos Aires and in Metropolitan Land Use Planning in Madrid. <\/p>\n He has finished his Doctorate Higher Studies in the University of Buenos Aires and attained in\u00a02011<\/strong>\u00a0the academic degree of\u00a0Philosophy Doctor (PhD) in Urban Planning. The thesis is entitled: <\/em>\u201cPr\u00eat \u00e0 Porter<\/em> Cities: Strategies for planning mutation territories\u201d.<\/p>\n In addition, in 2012 <\/strong>developed and approved the Postdoctoral Program in Social Sciences and Humanities of the Center for Advanced Studies, National University of C\u00f3rdoba. The thesis is entitled: \u201cThe Rebuilding of the Outskirts. Discursive Establishments Regarding Great Buenos Aires\u201d.<\/p>\n Since 2025<\/strong>, he has approved the Postdoctoral Program in Psychology and Social Sciences, taught within the framework of the Faculty of Psychology and Social Sciences of the University of Flores, with the thesis titled: \u201cSocial construction of the landscape in urban peripheries: A systematic review\u201d.<\/p>\n He has been Professor and Researcher since\u00a01989<\/strong>. At the University of Buenos Aires<\/em>, he is a professor of \u201cUrban Planning\u201d and 2Cities to Build\u201d; and supervises research projects in the Superior Institute of Urbanism.<\/p>\n Moreover, too since\u00a02005<\/strong>\u00a0he carries out academic activities in the Institute of the Conurbation in the\u00a0University of General Sarmiento<\/em>.
